Deliveries

Sun have their own delivery fleet and drivers. We aim to deliver all windows and doors in just 7 working days. Polycarbonate roof conservatories are despatched within 14 working days.

It’s a commitment that many super fabricators make but find very hard to fulfil. We know that we have to deliver our promises so you keep yours!

All window, door and conservatory orders will only be accepted on dedicated “Sun” order pads. During processing your order will be given a unique reference number which can be used to track everything through our fabrication plant.

Our order confirmation will be faxed within 48 hours, including glass sizes and any other information that’s been requested. Your confirmation will include an agreed delivery date.

Our vehicles will normally work to the same delivery days every week. Furthermore we also deliver to some areas in Wales and England two times a week or more.

Every endeavour will be made to replace damaged products or missing items with the minimum delay. Sun operates an efficient fast track line so that we can react quickly when mistakes occur.

Overnight delivery can be arranged, but may be charged for accordingly.

• Window orders are delivered in 7 working days. Customers are allocated dedicated delivery days we deliver to most areas twice a week.
• Polycarbonate Conservatory orders are delivered in 14 working days. Glass Conservatory orders are delivered in 21 working days.
• Door orders are delivered (time scale to be confirmed at a later date).
