Prices & Ordering

All new customers will be asked to complete a Status Application Form which is a statutory requirement and validates your trading history. This may take up to 15 working days, depending on how quickly any references are returned. Initial orders will be accepted on a pre-payment basis. Ongoing orders will require a deposit with the balance paid on delivery.

Our sales order processing staff follow well documented, tried and tested procedures. We will check all orders and the original quotation

Account applications will be considered for larger retailer / installers, local authorities, housing associations and house builders developers. Sun’s full terms and conditions are available upon request.

For larger retailers or ex-fabricators our price banding structure will relate to the size of your organisation. Commercial tenders, Partnering and new build / refurbishment projects will only be quoted by our Commercial Division who are based at our head office.
