When you telephone any sales office, you want the answers there and then. We understand the frustrations of people wanting to phone you back, not with Sun. All our sales office staff are experienced people who are able to provide on the spot advice. Sun has a clear customer service vision with a comprehensive training and evaluation programme.

Before processing the order. Three separate checks take place as we do not like making mistakes! All orders are entered twice on our system. Our unique verification programme highlights any difference between order entry one and order entry two. Sun’s administration department will then issue a confirmation including a delivery date and final price. If you have your own glass supplier we will forward the sizes and projected delivery dates for their attention.

Dedicated Conservatory Department
With the significant growth in conservatories over the last three years, Sun now markets three different roof systems. There is a solution for every need. With so much choice we needed a dedicated department with people who know about roof design, surveying and installation.

Our dedicated department provides a full design package for conservatories and all quotations are returned very quickly. Again, if you come across any difficult surveys, we will always be there to help.

Astute and Professional
All of Sun’s Regional Managers are ex-installers or surveyors. They know what they are talking about and will provide dedicated support if required on assisted surveys and marketing your business. There is as much or as little help as you require to assist pushing your business in the right direction.
